1. General Refund Policy

At WERM, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our platform. However, due to the digital nature of our products and services (WERM Credits, Server Subscriptions, and In-Game Items), all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of WERM and the individual Server Owners, in accordance with this policy.

2. WERM Credits

WERM Credits are a virtual currency used solely on the WERM platform.

  • Unused WERM Credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been spent, transferred, or used in any way.
  • Once WERM Credits are spent on a Server or transferred to another user, they are non-refundable by the platform.
  • To request a refund for unused credits, please contact support@wermpay.com with your transaction ID.

3. Server Subscriptions & Products

Purchases made on individual Minecraft Servers (ranks, items, subscriptions) are transactions between you and the Server Owner.

  • WERM facilitates the transaction but does not directly provide the in-game goods or services.
  • If you do not receive the item you purchased, first contact the Server Owner via their support channels.
  • If the Server Owner does not resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may escalate the dispute to WERM Support.
  • Refunds for server-specific purchases are generally not granted for "change of mind" or if you are banned from the server for violating their rules.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting WERM Support is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate suspension of your WERM account and a permanent ban from the platform.
