3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

For payment-related activities (making purchases, receiving payouts, operating a storefront), you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Service Description

WERM provides a monetization platform for Minecraft server owners, including:

Server discovery and listing services
Storefront creation and management tools
WERM Credits wallet system (1 credit = `$`0.01 USD)
Product and package sales capabilities
In-game delivery system via our plugin
Payout processing for server owners

5. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You must provide accurate and current information
You may not use another person's account without permission
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use
One person may not maintain multiple accounts

6. Payment Terms and Platform Fees

WERM processes payments through our third-party payment processor (Dodo Payments).

6.1 WERM Credits

WERM Credits are a virtual currency. 1 WERM Credit equals `$`0.01 USD. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.

6.2 Platform Fees

Free Tier: 5% platform fee (up to `$`500/month revenue)
Starter (`$`4.99/month): 4% platform fee
Pro (`$`9.99/month): 3% platform fee
Enterprise: 2.5% platform fee

7. Refund Policy

7.1 WERM Credit Purchases

WERM Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once added to your wallet
Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days if no purchases were made
Refund requests must be submitted through our support system

7.2 Server Product Purchases

Refunds for server products are at the discretion of the server owner
Delivered digital items are generally non-refundable
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of purchase

7.3 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue through support may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Payout Terms (Server Owners)

Minimum payout: `$`10.00 USD
Payout schedule: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
Processing time: 3-5 business days
Hold period: 14-day hold on first payouts for new stores
Valid tax information may be required
WERM may withhold payouts pending fraud investigation

9. Prohibited Conduct

Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Fraudulent transactions or money laundering
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Selling prohibited items (real-world currency, account access)
Using the platform for pirated or cracked servers
Harassment or abuse toward other users
Attempting to bypass security measures
Selling items that infringe on intellectual property rights
Gambling or lottery-style sales

10. Content Guidelines

Content must be accurate and not misleading
No offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
Must not infringe third-party intellectual property
Must comply with Minecraft's EULA and commercial usage guidelines

11. Intellectual Property

The WERM platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by WERM Platform and protected by intellectual property laws.

"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. WERM is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, repeated chargebacks, or upon your request. WERM Credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WERM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to WERM in the 12 months preceding the claim, or `$`100 USD.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WERM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in federal or state courts in the United States.

18. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while the rest of these Terms remain in full effect.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
